Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pouring, setting, and finishing of concrete foundations and walls.
- Prepare and clean work sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Follow project plans and specifications to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Foreman promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in concrete work or general labor preferred but will train.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety practices in construction environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
