HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
