Licensed Plumber

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team! You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across new construction homes and existing residential service calls.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in new construction and service settings.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests promptly.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
• Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Plumbing License (Required).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in plumbing (New construction and/or service).
• Previous experience in plumbing or other related mechanical fields.
• Ability to handle a physical workload and lift heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with homeowners and contractors.
