Mechanic Marine Tech

BoatCraft is looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician with a proven track record to join our growing service team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

%CF; Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and systems

%CF; Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, and steering issues

%CF; Perform maintenance, engine repairs, rigging, and equipment installations

%CF; Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to accurately identify problems

%CF; Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For

%CF; 3+ years of professional marine technician experience preferred

%CF; Proven diagnostic and repair ability

%CF; Experience with outboard and/or sterndrive engines

%CF; Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

%CF; Manufacturer certifications or factory training are a plus

%CF; Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

%CF; Valid driver’s license and strong work history
