Occupational Therapist
Job Description
We are seeking a Part time licensed and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with the pediatric population patients to help them reach their goals. Your role will involve assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Duties:
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop a plan of care for patients' goals and needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience with pediatric population is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Sensory processing disorders, Apraxia, fine motor skills, Autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
