Due to growth, our firm is seeking to add a dynamic and dedicated trial attorney to join our team, bringing a passion for litigation and expertise in catastrophic personal injury litigation. Your energetic approach and meticulous research skills will drive successful outcomes and uphold the highest standards of legal excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated PA-barred attorney eager to make a meaningful impact through vigorous advocacy and comprehensive legal expertise.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and post-trial proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
  • Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with colleagues and experts.
  • Represent clients confidently and capably, demonstrating excellent advocacy skills.
  • Manage support team, including a paralegal/legal assistant.


Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in catastrophic personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and other catastrophic injury claims. Strong medical malpractice experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather pertinent case law and statutory information.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear, persuasive legal documents and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues quickly and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate arguments convincingly.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
