Plumber

Our client, a nationally recognized residential and commercial plumbing services company based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a skilled Plumber. This full-time position offers pay based on experience and is open to both journeyman and apprentice levels. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
• Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls with timely solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installations
• Install and repair traditional and tankless water heaters
• Detect and repair gas line issues following safety standards and local codes
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly
• Keep work vehicle and inventory organized and clean

Required Qualifications

• Valid state plumbing license (where required)
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service and repair work beyond new construction
• Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systems
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
