Job description

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Metal Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in assembly and production.

No previous experience is required — we are willing to train motivated and reliable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal parts and components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with packaging and material handling as needed
• Meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe shoes required

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift Hours- 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
• 2nd shift Schedule 2pm-10pm Monday- Friday
• Full-time opportunities available
• Mandatory Overtime- 1st shift 2 hours prior(4am-2pm Monday-Friday) & 2 hours after for 2nd shift (2pm-12pm Monday-Friday)
