We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging people and we want you to be a part of our team in an Accounts Payable Specialist role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Performs all tasks related to Accounts Payable including, but not limited to, paying monthly expenses and distributing revenues.

1. Preparation and processing of bills for payment
2. Audit of Vendor statements
3. Providing on demand checks/cash funds
4. Distribution of income
5. Communication of accounting activity to CPA firm
6. Maintain cash balance records
7. Release and printing of AP checks
8. AP/filing
9. Maintains vehicle files and ensures all vehicles are properly insured and registered
10. Management of corporate credit cards
11. Vendor application for credit
12. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

EXPERIENCE: 5 years in accounting

EDUCATION: Associate degree in Accounting or related field.

Education and Experience may be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis as deemed applicable.
