Experienced HVAC/R Service Technician (NH Gas Fitter License Required)

We are currently looking for an Experienced Licensed Gas Fitter HVAC Technician to join our team. The Role This is a experienced-level, field-based role. You will be dispatched directly from your home in your company-provided high-top cutaway van to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial and residential HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform emergency repairs, and execute scheduled maintenance and warranty services on a variety of HVAC brands.
• Customer Communication: Professionally communicate with customers to clearly explain equipment conditions, answer queries, and quote repairs or replacements on-site.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical direction, on-the-job training, and set a strong professional example for junior team members.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local HVAC/R codes and complies with Occupational Health and Safety Act standards.
• Administration: Keep accurate daily logs, maintain service records, and order/maintain necessary equipment and van inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
• Licensure: Active NH Gas Fitters License is strictly required.
• Certifications: Active EPA Certification required. (Refrigeration experience/certifications are a HUGE plus!)
• Education: Associate degree in HVAC Technology, related field experience, or equivalent HVAC Journeyman program completion.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
