Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team.
You will play a key role in helping patients progress toward their functional goals while maintaining a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Assist with manual techniques as directed by supervising Physical Therapist
- Monitor patient response and report progress or concerns
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper movement mechanics
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Ensure a positive, professional, and patient-focused experience

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
