Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking friendly, compassionate and driven Veterinary Receptionists! This individual will be essential in greeting and welcoming clients and their pets into the hospital, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, collecting and updating patient records, handling payments and processing invoices and maintaining a clean and organized work space. With locations in East Hanover and Florham Park, you will find a passionate and knowledgeable team ready to welcome you to the Veterinary Center of Morris County.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred

*Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

*Proficiency in computer systems and software
