Pay: $24.00 per hour

Talent Corps is seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our construction team. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience in both rough and finish carpentry who can contribute to the successful completion of commercial construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install wood framing, metal studs, drywall backing, blocking, and other building materials.
• Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry components.
• Construct walls, partitions, temporary structures, and concrete formwork as needed.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Verify measurements and ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project supervisors and other trades to maintain productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform additional carpentry duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with rough framing, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall backing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.
