Job description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Feeder to support press operations and help keep production running smoothly.
The Press Feeder assists the Pressman with the setup, operation, and maintenance of 40" offset press machines. This position is responsible for preparing paper stock, loading sheets, monitoring the paper feed, and keeping the press area clean and organized. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent paper flow will help minimize downtime and ensure quality production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial printing environment preferred
- Familiarity with 40" and/or 28" offset presses
- Basic understanding of paper handling and press feeding systems
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
