Production Laborer - Steel Form Cleaning

We are hiring dependable Production Laborers to clean resin and concrete residue from steel wall-panel bed forms in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and remove resin and buildup from steel forms
• Clean wall-panel production beds between pours
• Use hand tools, scrapers, grinders, and other approved cleaning equipment
• Prepare steel forms for the next production cycle
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

Requirements

• Previous construction, concrete, precast, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical work
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work safely in a production environment
