Key Duties:
Set up new jobs in accounting and project management systems
Prepare monthly job cost reports
Manage AIA billing
Track and process change orders
Handle subcontract agreements, insurance, and licensing compliance
Review lien notices, lien waivers, and joint check agreements
Process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices
Support project closeout documentation
Work closely with Project Managers and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Project Accounting experience in commercial construction
Strong experience with AIA billing and job cost reporting
Knowledge of subcontract administration and lien documentation
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with Sage and Excel
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
