Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and condition management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Stay current with advancements in neurological rehabilitation
Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
