Hvac Technician & Installer Residential

Established HVAC Co. For over 32 Years. We are seeking a Qualified Service Technician and installers for the Southeast Valley. We have 5 fully stocked service trucks looking to fill both positions. Needs to be clean-cut, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude w/ minimum 3-5 years of experience.
IF YOU ARE TIRED of the big company runs around, high-pressure sales, not enough hours during slow seasons, potential layoff, long hours during the summer, then you should apply for this position. This is not a sales job; we are actually looking for Technicians that can diagnose problems, communicate with customers, install equipment on existing homes, and do PMAs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3-5 yrs experience as service tech, new unit installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent driving record
• EPA Certified
• Own hand tools
• Must be dependable, presentable and able to communicate w/ customers
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
• Willing to take on call rotation every 3-4 weeks
• South East Valley Candidate Preferred for the drive time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The right person for the job will be in a management working position. They will need to communicate with clients effectively, sell, install, repair, and tune up all brands of HVAC equipment. We are a Trane dealer.
