Logistic Coordinator

1. Minimum 3 years experience in transportation logistics and import/export logistics.
2. Daily Logistic job function is to work with steamship lines, freight forwarders, import Custom Brokers, and local trucking companies.
3. Review Custom Documents including Invoices, Packing List, Shipping Advise, Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, and set up appointments.
4. Work with warehouse staff, will call truckers and driver for shipping and receiving of orders.
5. Manage/ track import containers and update Booking Report.
6. Work with custom broker, drayage truckers, and customers for the incoming containers.
7. Make delivery appointments/ schedules.
8. Work with trucker and shipping company to resolve extra charges such as demurrage, per diem, chassis charge, prepull, waiting time, ect. Prepare Cost Overrun Report.
9. Other logistics office related works which will be assigned as needed.
