Welders/Fabricators

Pay: $28–$40/hr DOE
We are looking for experienced welders and fabricators to join our team in Lebanon, Oregon.

What You’ll Do
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux‐Core welding on steel, stainless, or aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
• Fit, cut, and assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, grinders, torches, press brakes, etc.)
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality and safety
• Contribute to a team that values safety, communication, and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of welding or fabrication experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
• Dependable, safety‐minded, and able to work independently
• Experience in structural, custom fab, or production welding is a plus
