Outpatient Physical Therapist

Locally owned and operated private outpatient physical therapy clinic looking to hire PT for 30-40 hrs/wk. Star is a great community to work and/or live in with excellent clients and neighbors. Our goal is always to improve patients' quality of life by providing excellent education, guidance, and hands on care in a friendly, enjoyable and professional environment. Pt's are seen for 45 minute appointments with their therapist for one on one care and continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plan for each patient
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• New Grads or experienced orthopedic physical therapists
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Locally owned and operated by physical therapists in Star over 20 years. Looking to grow our business with 1 to 2 more therapists, full and/or part time available.
