HVAC Installer

The Role

You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute high-quality HVAC installations in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

· Maintain professional communication with dispatch, management, and the installation team.

· Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized.

· Complete all project documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.

· Participate in a standard on-call rotation to support our client base.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in HVAC installation and mechanical systems.

· Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Relevant industry certifications, such as NATE, or a commitment to obtaining them with company support.

· Preferred: Experience with CRM systems like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan.
