Service and Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support warranty service and final punch work across our residential construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, finished work and enjoys solving problems in completed homes.

This is a steady, field-based position focused on maintaining quality and delivering a strong final product to homeowners.

What You’ll Do

· Complete warranty service items in occupied homes

· Handle punch list work on newly completed homes

· Perform light carpentry, adjustments, and minor repairs

· Coordinate with subcontractors when needed

· Communicate directly with homeowners in a professional manner

· Ensure homes are delivered clean, complete, and to standard
