Lead HVAC Service Technician

AirNow is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and commission residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position will also provide technical support and field leadership to other service technicians.

The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter who can accurately diagnose electrical, refrigerant, airflow, zoning, and communication system issues. Responsibilities include completing service calls, performing maintenance, measuring and documenting system performance, assisting with difficult callbacks, explaining repair options clearly to customers, and helping train and develop other technicians.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and several years of HVAC service experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, puts the customer first, and is committed to completing repairs correctly the first time.
