Machine Operator
Job Description
(Ft. Worth): **Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS)** is seeking a **Machine Operator** to operate a variety of production equipment in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
**Essential Duties:**
* Operate one or more of the following machines: 12' Press Brake, 20' Press Brake, Messer Oxy Fuel Burn Table, Messer Plasma, Controlled Automation Burn Drill Table, Python Robotic Plasma Machine, Engraver Machine, and 60' PULLMAX Press.
* Monitor machine performance to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation.
* Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
* Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through proper housekeeping practices.
* Meet daily production goals while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
* Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
* Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision promptly.
* Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
**Requirements/Skills:**
* Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment preferred.
* Experience operating Press Brakes, burn tables, plasma machines, robotic plasma machines, or similar equipment preferred.
* Familiarity with Peddinghaus machines is a plus.
* Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
* Basic math skills required.
* Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
* Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb as necessary.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment.
* Ability to safely operate heavy industrial machinery while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
