We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Operator to join our metal finishing team. This role supports plating and anodizing operations for aerospace and high-spec manufacturing.

- First shift
- Flexible start/end times available
- Overtime frequently available
Responsibilities:
- Operate and support electrochemical processing lines (nickel, cadmium, and related processes)
- Load/unload parts and move work through multiple plating lines
- Monitor chemical baths, equipment, and process parameters
- Verify work meets customer specifications and internal requirements
- Track and record production activity and job status
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working with multiple plating lines (nickel, cadmium, etc.) is a strong plus
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to accurately complete required paperwork and production records
- Basic familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, XRF) is a plus, but can be trained
