Electrician Journeymen and Supervisor

Electrical Journeymen 3+ Year and Supervisors 5+ Year

Small to Medium Projects - Commercial & Light Industrial

-Manufacturing, Data Center, Big Box, Office Warehouse-

Supervisor- Superintendent/PM Experience Required

Direct reports of 15+ in heavy commercial - data center and industrial environments

Medium Projects run from months to a year or more.

Experience:

-Journeymen require the ability to read and interpret plans and complete small and medium sized jobs with minimal oversight.

-Basic Controls experience and ability required.

-Excellent with conduit bending, circuiting, light fixture

installation.

- Proficiency in low voltage and medium voltage electrical systems.

- Strong knowledge of electrical components, hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is a plus.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

- Perform electrical inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift

10 hour shift

Per Diem for out of town, San Antonio, McAllen etc. provided

Willingness to travel:

50% in Texas (Preferred)

Salary: $32.00 - $45.00 + per hour
