Maintenance Technician

U. L. Coleman Companies, a professional property management company is seeking applicants for a maintenance technician position . At least 2 years HVAC experience is required. Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will provide on-going preventive maintenance, material, and storage programs to assure proper apartment community operations. They will also cooperate with the Resident Manager and other staff members to promote practices which will result in productive work, quality workmanship, and accident prevention, conservation of material and supplies, and work completion on schedule.

Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent
• At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience in an apartment community.

. Reliable transportation and a clean MVR

. Must pass drug test and background check
• Formal training and experience in the following:

EPA license required

Journeyman license preferred

Light Carpentry

Light Plumbing
