Veterinary Receptionist
Job Description
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone,following up with clients, confirming the appointments, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and front office and reception area maintenance.
Experience is preferred but not needed, if you have a pleasant attitude with excellent customer service skills, we can train you.
We are a small animal practice who treat dogs and cats, we provide high quality care at an affordable price. We have full in house lab, High definition digital X- Ray machine and dental machine.
We are looking for team players who are willing to work with our friendly team.
Veterinary Technician experience is preferred.
