Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Sales Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction, and is confident in quoting and executing their own jobs. Technicians are dispatched to pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial locations.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments.
- Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers.
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on the customer's needs by educating customers without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve the home's electrical system.
- Deliver a five-star experience on every call.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred
- at least 4 years previous experience as an Electrician
- Experience with estimating and quoting jobs in the field
- Sales experience
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently unsupervised
- Professional appearance and courteous personality with good customer service skills
