Physical Therapist Home Care

Fusion Home Health Care Agency is looking for a licensed physical therapist, who is looking for a permanent job position and is willing to go to Pontiac, Waterford, Clarkston, Lake Orion and White Lake. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate Physical therapist, to provide skilled one on one patient care in their home setting as directed by a physician. You will be part of a supportive team that focuses on providing excellent quality care and producing positive outcomes for your patient.

We offer competitive pay. We pay per visit, the more visits you make, the more you will earn. Scheduling is flexible and you will have the support of our team. We travel to patient's homes and Senior Living Centers.

Requirements:

-Physical Therapist current license in the state of Michigan.

-Minimum one-year home care experience preferred.

-Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

-Current CPR certification.

-Experience with Kinnser preferred
