Import Logistics Manager

The Import Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Medley, FL, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations for tropical produce across North America. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, manages transportation partners, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining product quality and traceability standards. This position handles documentation and compliance for domestic and international freight, including temperature-controlled shipments. The Import Logistics Manager works closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues, optimize costs, and maintain clear, proactive communication with partners.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous experience in Imports or related field and in produce, food distribution, or related industries is preferred
• Experience with Famous ERP software preferred
