We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Patient Care & Treatment
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
- Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews
Professional Development
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and treatment techniques
- Attend continuing education courses and training sessions
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
