At 5 Star HVAC Contractors, we're looking for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a team that truly cares about doing things the right way.

We're not looking for someone who simply sells equipment.

We're looking for someone customers trust.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately.
  • Perform quality repairs that solve the problem the first time.
  • Explain findings in a way homeowners understand.
  • Present honest repair and replacement options based on what's best for the customer.
  • Build trust through professionalism—not pressure.
  • Work closely with our installation and office teams to provide a five-star customer experience.
  • Continue improving through coaching and ongoing training.
