Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, degreed Architectural Designer who is passionate about design excellence and fiercely committed to achieving professional licensure. We have helped designers achieve licensure through this program. We will have direct, regular check-ins with an NCARB Registered Architect to review your hours and career milestones.

We are also truly design-build and complete all construction work in-house giving you strong hands-on experience with methods and materials of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Modeling: Develop and prepare conceptual designs, schematic plans and high-quality 3D models using Revit.

Construction Documentation: Assist in producing coordinated, accurate construction drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations and architectural details.

Code & Material Research: Analyze local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable material options to ensure full compliance.

Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with engineering consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil) to integrate building systems seamlessly.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in REVIT is required. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

Licensure Status: Active NCARB record and a clear intent to pursue licensure.
