Job Overview

We’re seeking 1-2 HVAC technicians with or without hands-on experience to join our team. You’ll work in both service and new construction environments, managing your own van and jobs while also supporting fellow technicians when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a company van with appropriate stock and tools
• Perform service calls, including repairs, replacements, and diagnostics
• Provide rough on-site estimates on occasion and communicate clearly with customers (our sales manager will provide detailed estimates)
• Complete scheduled work for a wide range of clients: property management companies, warranty providers, commercial buildings, and homeowners
• Be available for rotating on-call weekend shifts

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must pass background check)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work in team settings, along with independently, and manage time efficiently
• Crystal clear communication skills
• Team-oriented and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new construction HVAC
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Familiarity with a variety of heating and cooling systems and materials

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
