Maintenance Technician - Electrical and Mechanical

Summary:

Looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician/Maintenance staff to take on a visible role working within operations—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the complex electrical systems that power our highly automated equipment. Also looking for Mechanical Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using knowledge and tools such as digital multi-meter, and PC to get online with various PLCs.
• Maintains equipment through a preventative maintenance program and work order system.
• Performs and/or assists in the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
• Conducts building electrical work such as running conduit, pulling wires, etc.
• Performs work in a safe manner following OSHA and NFPA 70E guidelines.

Experience should include:

• Minimum of 2 years schooling (Electrical, Electronics, or Automation) or Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints.
• Knowledge of VFD’s, AC motors, DC drives, and DC motors.
• Knowledge of PLCs with an understanding of ladder logic
• 4 or more years of experience in an industrial electrical environment.
• Master/Journeyman Card preferred.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting motion control systems preferred.
