The ideal candidate must have EPA 608 certification , HVAC experience and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance service requests within a multifamily housing environment. This position requires someone who can independently troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and provide quality maintenance service to residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform A/C and HVAC installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete necessary repairs
- Respond to maintenance and resident service tickets
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Complete plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, and other common issues
- Perform drywall, painting, and general property repairs
- Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover maintenance
- Complete preventative maintenance as assigned
- Travel between assigned properties throughout the Westbank/New Orleans area
