Roofing/Siding Technician

The Roofing/Siding Technician plays a crucial role in residential construction by installing and repairing roofing and siding materials. This position works closely within a small team, reporting to the project manager, and requires frequent travel to multiple job sites. The technician ensures high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and maintaining excellent customer interaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing materials following project specifications
• Install siding on residential properties with precision
• Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices
• Inspect for damage and perform necessary repairs
• Engage professionally with customers during projects
• Maintain clean and organized work sites post-completion

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roofing and siding installation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven skills in roof and siding installation
• Strong understanding of safety compliance
• Experienced in the use of roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to handle materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
