Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

This is a flexible contracting job. I will give you a 1099 with a $45/visit rate, visits are 40 minutes. Documentation is not difficult with a system called Therapy Sync, simple and user friendly. We are looking for help in Delaware, Lewis Center and Powell. We will have a 10-15 visit caseload available starting 6/1.

This is a smaller company with a wonderful team to join. We work in Columbus and surrounding areas.
