As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting contractor sales representatives, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contractor sales representatives by managing project documentation and workflow.
- Process and maintain sales orders and purchase orders within the ERP system.
- Coordinate product delivery schedules, project costs, and approved change orders.
- Prepare and submit documentation for customer and engineering approvals.
- Ensure all required materials are ordered and delivered to job sites on schedule.
- Track and follow up on project quotations and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and complete project records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, customer service, vendors, and customers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prioritize competing demands while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in construction, industrial sales, or a related industry.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Typical Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
