Location: Farmingdale, NY (Projects across Long Island and NYC Boroughs)
Salary: up to $180K

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects in new construction high-rise buildings across Long Island and the NYC boroughs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in piping systems, a track record of managing complex projects, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping designs.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC, with a focus on new construction high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems and mechanical installations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards in NY.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
