Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our medical building and provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility-related conditions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, balance training, and other appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, home treatment programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with physicians, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered care to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Follow all applicable healthcare, safety, privacy, and professional practice requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient-education skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
  • Experience in an outpatient or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
