Job Title: Commercial Carpenter - Top Secret Clearance

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading construction company specializing in Federal projects in the Washington DC area. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining high standards of safety and security on all job sites. They are currently seeking skilled cleared Commercial Carpenters to join their dynamic workforce for an immediate project in DC.
  • The estimated pay range for this role is $35 - $50 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
  • Install ACT ceilings and execute painting duties as needed.
  • Assist with minor masonry, concrete work, and flooring installations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly managed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
  • Active US Government Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Proficient in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools.
  • Concrete experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
