We're seeking a Children's Staff Attorney to provide direct legal representation to children and youth involved in the child welfare system.️

What You'll Do:

• Represent children and youth in dependency court proceedings

• Manage an active caseload and provide client counseling and advocacy

• Appear regularly in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Advocate for child victims of crime, including human trafficking survivors

• Support youth navigating child welfare and related legal systems
