We are looking for an HVAC Comfort Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a high-pressure sales role — it’s a relationship-driven position focused on educating homeowners, providing solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs
- Present HVAC system options and comfort solutions
- Build trust through honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish
- Work closely with our installation and service teams
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Help customers make informed decisions that fit their home and budget
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Team player who works well with others
- HVAC sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing and able to take background and drug screenings
