Position: All-Around Construction Worker – Custom Home Construction

What We’re Looking For


A true all-around builder who has hands-on experience in most or all of the following:

• Site prep, layout, and foundation work
  
  
• Framing (walls, floors, trusses, roof systems)
  
  
• Interior & exterior carpentry
  
  
• Drywall installation & finishing
  
  
• Doors, windows, siding
  
  
• Flooring installation
  
  
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge (not required to be licensed but must be comfortable assisting trades)
  
  
• Finish work: trim, cabinetry, hardware, fixtures
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints and build to spec
  
  
• Ability to operate standard construction equipment & tools safely
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-scope residential construction experience
  
  
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
  
  
• Clean, professional, and dependable
