GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER-LOW VOLTAGE & FIRE ALARM (RESI CONSTRUCTION)

KPS is one of the largest low-voltage electronics integrators in the country. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to manage projects. KPS provides installation and monitoring services to national, regional, and custom builders. KB Home, Woodside Homes, City Ventures, DR Horton, Brookfield, to name a few. We provide Fire Alarms, Security Alarms, Home Automation, Structured Wiring, home theater, and other Home Technology Options to these builders.

This Field Supervisor is responsible for managing the installation of low voltage on projects in the new residential track. custom and multi-family construction projects.

Job responsibilities include:

• Managing material and labor budgets for projects.
• Tracking labor needs and ensuring jobs are staffed with skilled labor to complete the work
• Ensuring quality work is being performed.
• Meet customer deadlines
• Thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment where you are accountable for your results and rewarded through a performance bonus program

Qualifications:

• This person must have at least 2 years of supervising field crews in the electrical residential construction industry
• Must have good written/verbal communication
• Must be Organized
• Ability to work multiple job sites simultaneously
• Computer Knowledge
