Compensation

  • Direct Therapy: $80.00/hour
  • Evaluations: $121.50/hour

What You'll Do

Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations

Assess speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and communication skills to identify strengths and areas for growth.

Develop Individualized Treatment Plans

Create evidence-based plans tailored to each child's unique needs, goals, and family priorities.

Deliver High-Quality Therapy Services

Provide engaging, family-centered interventions that promote meaningful progress and functional outcomes.

Collaborate With Families and Care Teams

Partner closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers to maximize success across environments.

Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants

Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and supervision in accordance with Arizona regulations and professional standards.

Maintain Accurate Documentation

Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas

Preferred

  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Experience in clinic, home health, school-based, or community settings
  • Experience serving neurodivergent children and children with developmental disabilities
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
