- Looking for a Physical Therapist who focuses on manual one on one Treatment . We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life and is skilled in evaluating and implementing effective treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care
